Kyle advances the community development finance initiatives of the Development Fund of the Western Reserve and its subsidiaries, including the New Markets Tax Credits program, the Minority Contractors Capital Access Program (MCCAP), and other efforts to improve access to capital in the region. He takes an active role in promoting the success of DFWR clients, connecting them to appropriate programs and providing support with project development, program applications, and implementation. Kyle also works with DFA staff to develop and implement new products that address community financing needs.
Kyle has a background in affordable housing, real estate development, and neighborhood revitalization. He received a Master of Urban Planning, Design, & Development from Cleveland State University.
Kyle lives in Akron with his wife and three children. He serves on the board of the Greater Ohio Policy Center and the planning committee for the annual Highland Square PorchRokr Festival.
