  • Enter the Cascade Parking Garage at 10 W Mill Street, make a right, then a left up the ramp with the green “Up” arrow. 
  • You will be on Level 2 . Park in spots marked for visitors (orange beams), on the left.
  • After you exit your vehicle, go through the glass doors marked “Cascade Way.” Take the stairs on the left or the elevators on the right, and up one floor to Level 1 – Main Street. 
  • Enter the glass double doors to the right and follow the signs to 1 Cascade. Take the stairs up, and the elevators to our office are around the corner to the right. 
  • We are located on the 17th floor. 
  • If you need assistance when you get here, call the office at 330-762-4776, and someone will come down and meet you.
