Ben Zaidman
Executive Assistant

Ben serves as the Executive Assistant for the Development Finance Authority of Summit County, where he provides high-level administrative support, coordinates internal and external communications, and assists in the execution of projects that support economic and community development across the region.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Marketing from Kent State University. Prior to his current role, he gained hands-on experience through roles in both local and county government, where he supported communications, grant administration, and community engagement efforts.

What Ben enjoys most about his role is being part of a team that directly supports growth and revitalization in local communities. He values the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact on neighborhoods and residents.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time in nature, staying active through exercise, and connecting with family and friends. He is also passionate about civic engagement and continues to support initiatives that strengthen local communities
