Lori Sallaz has been promoted to the position of Manager, Bond Finance Programs for the Development Finance Authority of Summit County. Lori will manage all aspects of the A- Rated Jobs and Investment Fund (Bond Fund), conduit bond financing programs, serve as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer of the Akron-Summit County Energy Special Improvement District (ESID), and work on various other activities that promote economic development in the region.
Lori has 29 years of public and private sector management experience. She attended ITT Technical Institute and Youngstown State University and has been part of the DFA staff since 2015.
In a press release announcing the promotion, Chris Burnham, DFA President, stated, “Lori has proven to be worthy of this promotion. These financing tools involve a significant amount of compliance work, which Lori has demonstrated the ability to manage. We have tremendous confidence in Lori’s ability to carry forward and grow these programs for us.”
