The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Akron-Summit County Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the “District”) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 55 Furnace St. Akron, OH 44308. The meeting will commence at 1:00 P.M. The purpose of the Board of Directors meeting is for the Board of Directors to elect officers and to consider certain Resolutions and other business likely to come before the Board regarding the District.
