With over a decade of experience in financial services, loan operations, and client relationship management, Feleecia brings a deep understanding of lending practices and portfolio oversight to her role at the Development Finance Authority (DFA). Her career has focused on financial documentation, regulatory compliance, and delivering accessible, high-quality service to individuals and small businesses.

Prior to joining DFA, Feleecia served as a Case Manager in the Retirement Division at Nationwide Insurance, where she managed the onboarding of retirement plans, reviewed sensitive financial documentation, and worked cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely implementation. She also held roles in underwriting and risk assessment at institutions such as KeyBank and JP Morgan Chase, where she evaluated loan applications, analyzed tax returns and income documentation, and contributed to credit decision-making processes. Throughout these roles, Feleecia consistently supported large client portfolios while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Feleecia's professional background is grounded in precision, trust, and service. She has a proven track record of navigating complex documentation requirements and fostering strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal teams. Her ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume environments makes her an asset in community-driven financial settings.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Eastern University, Feleecia is committed to expanding her expertise in finance and organizational leadership. She is deeply aligned with the mission of the Western Reserve Community Fund (WRCF) and is passionate about advancing equitable access to affordable loan products across the region. Her work reflects a strong understanding of risk management, thoughtful credit analysis, and a people-first approach to lending.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Feleecia is a proud mom of three boys and a self-proclaimed “road trip warrior” for her AAU basketball family. She’s a dedicated foodie, true crime enthusiast, and lifelong reader who finds joy in the small details—both at work and in life.
