Leilani Holland
Community Loan Officer

Leilanni Holland is a dedicated Community Lending Officer with the Development Finance Authority (DFA), where she plays a vital role in administering loans through a variety of community-focused programs. In her position, she oversees a broad range of lending functions—from loan origination and underwriting to guiding borrowers through the entire application and closing process. Leilanni also supports business development, marketing, and community engagement efforts to help grow WRCF’s reach and impact across its target markets.

With over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including 21.5 years at PNC Bank, Leilanni brings a wealth of knowledge in both personal and business banking. Her background includes helping clients open business accounts, access capital through loans and lines of credit, and navigate the financial landscape. She has consistently prioritized community engagement throughout her career and was drawn to DFA by the opportunity to continue supporting small business owners while making a meaningful impact in the communities she serves.

Leilanni is most inspired by the relationships she builds with borrowers. She values hearing their entrepreneurial journeys and supporting them at every stage—from startups to established businesses and those rebuilding their financial foundation. She takes pride in meeting clients where they are, whether it’s at their business or out in the community, and she credits her supportive and collaborative team at DFA for making her career transition a smooth and fulfilling one.

Among her proudest accomplishments is organizing and facilitating financial literacy workshops in partnership with Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) and the PNC Fairfax Connection—initiatives that helped meet critical financial education needs in the community.

Leilanni holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. She is currently pursuing her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification, with plans to complete it by the end of summer 2025.

Outside of her professional life, Leilanni is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures, which she believes fosters both personal and professional growth. She’s also an avid reader who enjoys both fiction and non-fiction and treasures quality time with her family and friends. Her personal passions keep her grounded and bring depth and balance to her community-focused work.
