The Members and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Akron-Summit County Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the “District”) will hold an annual meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at One Cascade Plaza, Suite 1700, Akron, OH 44308. The meeting will commence at 3:00 P.M. The purpose of the Board of Directors meeting is for the Board of Directors to consider certain Resolutions and other business likely to come before the Board regarding the District.
