Jessica McRitchie
Chief Operations Officer

Jessica is the Chief Operations Officer for the Development Finance Authority of Summit County.  She manages the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.  She acts as a liaison between the DFA and government officials, partners, community leaders, professionals, vendors, businesses, and the general public.  Jessica comes to us with over twenty years of administrative experience in higher education. 

Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University as well as a Master of Arts in History and a Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from Cleveland State University.   

Jessica resides in Stow and enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling.
