The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Akron-Summit County Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the “District”) will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at One Cascade Plaza, Suite 1700, Akron, OH 44308. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. The purpose of the Board of Directors meeting is to consider certain Resolutions and other business likely to come before the Board regarding the District.
