Notice of Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes (the “Obligations”), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $17,000,000, by the Issuer, to pay a portion of the costs of constructing, equipping and improving “port authority facilities” within the meaning of Section 4582.21 of the Ohio Revised Code, being generally an affordable multifamily rental housing project for rental to low and moderate income families, consisting of approximately 120 units (the “Project”) located at 1831 Vernon Odom Boulevard, Akron, Summit County, Ohio 44320.  If the Obligations are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Wintergreen Ledges Apartments, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Borrower”).
