January 10, 2022 Akron, OH – The Development Finance Authority of Summit County (DFA) is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members, Jessica McRitchie to the position Director of Administration and Anna Weant-King to the new position of Lending Coordinator. Both were selected from a number of very strong candidates.

Jessica will focus on day-to-day operations of DFA, encompassing payroll, human resources, accounts payable/receivable, insurance, Information Technology and internet security.

Anna Weant-King coordinates with the Community Development Program Officer and Compliance Manager to ensure all documents are complete, accurate, timely, and will assist with borrower and customer outreach.

According to Rachel Bridenstine, Executive Director of the Western Reserve Community Fund, “Our small business and non-profit lending programs are experiencing tremendous growth. In order to continue our hands on approach with all our clients, we are expanding our capacity. Anna brings a unique and critical amount of expertise that will enable our team to create more efficient processes and increase lending output.”
